Jahangir Karami (Jahan)

Practicing Kinesiologist Bsc. Msc. PT (IR)

Jahan has +25 years of Iranian experience in the field of Physiotherapy and + 6 years of Canadian experience as a Physio- Assistant and Kinesiologist.

 Jahan’s received his Bachelor and Master of physiotherapy from Iran in Tehran (university of Iran and Social Welfare and Rehabilitaion Science). He worked with the verity of client mainly orthopedic and neurological patients in the greatest Hospital of Tehran (7th Tir Hospital Tehran, Iran) with 60 beds of ICU and private clinic. This is the Greatest Trauma Center of Tehran. He has been an instructor of physiotherapy students at this hospital for five years.    

He has some professional memberships; at Iranian Physiotherapy Association, BC Association of Kinesiology and YMAA IRAN Tai Chi. He was the top employer of the year 1991 at the hospital and got awards from the Hospital and Iran Medical University.

As professional development and certification, Jahan successfully fulfilled courses such as: Advance prescription of exercises therapy for injured clients; Context of Physiotherapy Practice in Canada at the Thompson River University; Kinesio Taping; Osteopathy and Manual Therapy of Upper limb, lower limb and Pelvis; he is advancing in part A and B of Mackenzie technique courses in Canada, Myo-fascial Release Technique and 10 years of Practicing Tai chi Yang style. He has also provided physiotherapy services for Iranian team at world Wrestling Championships 2015 In USA (Los Vegas)

Jahan is an expert specialist in prescription of Therapeutic Exercise to help people who injured at any degree of accident so they need Active Rehab Program under coverage of ICBC or WCB; suffer from poor posture, scoliosis, osteoporosis, etc. And weight management.

Faranak Shekoohi

Practicing Kinesiologist 

Faranak Shekoohi has 10 years of Iranian clinical and hospital experience in the field of Physiotherapy and + 4 years of Canadian experience as a Physio- Assistant and as a Practicing Kinesiologist.

She’s got Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Shiraz Medical University in Shiraz, Iran. She mainly worked with Orthopedic, Rheumatoid, Musculoskeletal disorders and Sport injuries patients in private clinics, general hospitals, and home care centers. Besides, Faranak has been an active member of Iranian Physiotherapy Association and a member of BC association of Kinesiology as well.

Having lots of experience working with different patients make her enough confident  to implement therapeutic exercise to help people who suffer from poor posture, poor condition and  osteoporosis, etc. and also people who candidate for Active Rehab Program- ICBC and WCB clients.

​

Faranak works as a member of TOP-NOTCH team at an academic, admirable and fantastic environment. She speaks English and Farsi fluently.

Khashayar Karami (Kasha)

Registered Massage Therapist

Khashayar Karami (Kasha) is a registered massage therapist, graduated from Vancouver Career College. He works at multiple clinics, and professionally, his main areas of focus are sports and car accident injuries. He also works with people who have chronic injuries or concerns.

Kasha has always been interested in how the human body works, the relation between each and every muscle, and even organs. He is an active person and loves to practice in different sports like martial arts and soccer, and read in my spare time.

 

Kasha is on his path to a healthier lifestyle and body, and understands what it feels to want to make the health of your body a priority. He loves his job and believes massage therapy can make a difference in people’s lives, and he would love to help you make that happen.

Ramin Keshmiri

Registered Acupuncturist

Ramin is a registered acupuncturist who graduated from PCU college of Holistic Medicine in Burnaby. He also holds a B.Sc., in biology and M.Sc. in bacteriology.

​

Having trained to use acupuncture injection therapy, trigger point therapy, prolotherapy, and Qi beauty, he offers more options to help his patients. For those are afraid of needles, Ramin also offers acupressure massage and tui na massage.

​

Prior to getting involved with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ramin worked for more than 10 years in the health industry in labs, universities, and research institutes. Those experiences combined with a good understanding of human anatomy give him a broader understanding that can help him better treat his patients.

​

Working with people suffering from a wide range of mild to severe illnesses, injuries, traumas, and emotional issues, Ramin will choose the treatment options best suited to you.

​

Ramin is bilingual in both English and Farsi (Persian).
