KINESIOLOGY - FITNESS TRAINING
Kinesiology is a form of therapy that uses muscle monitoring (biofeedback) to look at imbalances that may be causing disease in the body.
Kinesiology aims to detect and correct imbalances that may relate to stress, nutrition or minor injuries.
Acupuncture improves the body’s functions and promotes the natural self-healing process by stimulating specific anatomic sites-commonly referred to as acupuncture points, or acupoints. The most common method used to stimulate acupoints is the insertion of fine, sterile needles into the skin.
Massage Therapy can treat both acute and chronic conditions, optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Treatments can help reduce or eliminate pain, improve joint mobility, circulation and reduce muscular tension.
Physiotherapy works with people to maximize their ability to move and function in their daily activities. It improves muscular and neural health by assessing and targeting the root problem through manual treatment and exercises.
