We will do our best to keep out website updated with ONLY parts that are in stock. If we see an order with a part on it that is out of stock, we will quickly notify the customer and a decision will be made then.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and our customer service team will gladly replace the product, or your money will be refunded.
Any return or exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. Please call or email our customer service for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
All returns must be in the original, unopened sealed package accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a reason for the return. Returns not meeting the above criteria will be required to a minimum of 20% restocking fee. Please take note all Special Orders are not returnable.
We are not able to take any items with less than a one (1) year expiry date for the product with the shelf life requirements.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Shortages, damaged or errors in shipments must be reported within five (5) business days of items received date.
We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all orders over $150.00.

The postal carrier used to deliver your order depends on your delivery address. We ship your order by Canada Post, UPS or local courier.
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days you placed your order.
The average delivery period is 2-7 business days depend on where you are located.
